- Any club representative wishing to make a personal visit to the home of a League Officer must do so by making a prior arrangement be telephone. Please do not visit homes of League Officers without making prior arrangements
- Under no circumstance are parents or players permitted to visit a member of the Management Committee. Neither are parents or players permitted to telephone, text or e-mail members of the Management Committee because all communications must be made by an Officer of the Club.
